When you submit a request, Burtz records your email, city, chosen role and the details you share in its private website database. Contact messages are stored separately and do not count as waitlist registrations.

2. Why it is recorded

We use these details to respond to your request and plan city launches on the basis of our legitimate interests. We record the privacy notice version, not an assumed consent. Marketing email consent is separate and optional.

These details help the team respond to requests and understand where to prepare a city launch. Campaign parameters in the page address and the referring page can be recorded to understand how people find Burtz.

To suggest a Burtz city, we use the approximate country and location supplied by our hosting provider. This feature does not store your IP address or location.

3. Your choices

Marketing updates require their own optional checkbox. Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you. This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or browser fingerprinting.

4. What is public

Email addresses and contact messages are never displayed publicly. City pages can display aggregate waitlist counts. They do not publish individual profiles.

5. Questions and corrections

BURTZ LTD is the data controller. Contact support@burtz.app to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner or your local data protection authority. We retain information only as needed for the stated purposes and legal obligations.
